Where are your stores located?

We have 6 stores spread across Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht.

How do you get all those unique products?

Good question! We scour many fairs, cities and the internet to find the nicest and most unique gifts and only buy products that we like. This is reflected in an enormous collection with a diverse range of brands and items from all over the world!

What music do you have playing in the stores?

Very cheerful music! The nice thing is that you can also listen to our Spotify playlist at home. Click here for our playlist . Oh, and dancing is always allowed! :-).

Does every store have the same range?

No, the range may differ per store, but the majority is available in every store! This is because some brands are unfortunately not allowed to be sold in every city. For example, the well-known brand Jellycat can only be found in our stores in Rotterdam and Utrecht (Jacobskerkhof), and we do not sell &Klevering in Utrecht.

Also, not all items (such as the very popular Funko's) are in our online webshop! Are you looking for an item but can't find it online? Please send us a message.

Order & delivery

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by PostNL.
Letterbox post: €3.95
Parcel post: €4.95 (for orders in the Netherlands)

In the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs are free for orders over €49.

How quickly will I receive an order?

Orders placed on workdays before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. This order is often delivered the next day, but unfortunately this is no guarantee.

Can I pick up my order in one of your stores?

Unfortunately, that is not yet possible. If you would like to reserve something and pick it up in one of our stores, send an email to

Can I have it delivered outside the Netherlands?

Of course! In addition to the Netherlands, we also deliver to Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Austria and Italy. All these orders are placed via PostNL.

Would you like to have a gift sent?

Do you want to surprise someone with a nice gift? We will be happy to send it on your behalf!

During your order you can indicate in the comments field what text should be on the card and when the package should be delivered. If possible, we will send it a day earlier and put a sticker on the box stating when the package can be opened. We do this because we notice that there are regular delays at PostNL.


How can I pay?

You can pay with us via iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, Sofort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay!

Returns, complaints & cancellation

Can I return my items?

Of course! It is possible to return your order within 30 days.
The product can only be returned unused and in the original packaging.

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs myself?

Unfortunately, the return costs are indeed at our own expense. We are not yet big enough to bear these costs.

Can I also return my order in one of your stores?

That's always possible! The amount will then later be refunded to the account used to make the purchase. You will therefore not receive these costs back when you return to our store.

How quickly is a return processed?

This is usually within 5 working days after you have sent it. We will keep you informed about this by email! Once the return has been processed, we will refund you as soon as possible.
